A farm just off the subway? That's us. Come visit us at our operating city farm and meet our farmers. See and smell real food growing. Get your kids excited about food. At Downsview Park, Fresh City alongside our farm partners grow on five acres and two greenhouses.
WHERE TO FIND US
Our new farm is located at 160 Downsview Park Boulevard, right by the Orchard Pavilion at Downsview Park.
There are new Bike Share Toronto docks near Downsview Station and the Farm parking lot for breezy access :)
We're open Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm.
FARM STAND
The farm stand is closed for the winter and will re-open in the Spring of 2024 when the first crops are ready. We look forward to seeing you then!
TOURS

Cost Private tours: $300 per group (maximum 25 people, $20 for each additional person) ideal for school and corporate groups

VOLUNTEER
Want to get your hands dirty? Fresh City has volunteer shifts where you can come and help the team with seeding, planting, weeding, harvesting and more. It's a great opportunity to learn more about gardening and farming, and you get some produce in exchange.

WORKSHOP SERIES
For a deeper look at regenerative farming practices, soil health, pest management and much more, we will be hosting weekend workshops throughout the summer. From the curious plant enthusiast to aspiring market gardeners, these workshops will go into extensive detail on a single subject to build your knowledge of organic, no-till, small-farm practices.
Workshops are limited to smaller groups so sign up ahead of time to secure your spot.
